Updated Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

Because of our stylists’ extremely limited schedules during this time and the many clients on the waiting list dying to feel some much-needed Ananda love, we will require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.  In the event of a last-minute cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the total service booked.   
However, we understand that falling ill last minute is a possibility and our top priority is the health and safety of all, so please reach out and ask to speak with your stylist in those instances because no person will be allowed to hold their appointment if they aren't well.

Standing Cancellation Policy

While we understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, we ask that our clients be respectful of our stylists' busy schedules, and the clients on our waiting list when making changes to an appointment. We request 48 hours notice, but require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 

Any appointment change that occurs with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 fee. After 3 last-minute changes, we will require a credit card for any appointment bookings. In the event of a subsequent last-minute cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the total service booked. 

In addition, any service that typically takes 3 hours or more will require a credit card for booking and 48 hours notice.  In the event of a last-minute cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the total service booked.
