While we understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, we ask that our clients be respectful of our stylists' busy schedules, and the clients on our waiting list when making changes to an appointment.

For services over 2 hours, we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. All other services require 24 hours.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.or services.
